I started photographing women with breast cancer 4 years ago and have a passion for raising awareness to help find a cure for this terrible disease. was on many of our minds last month. My friends (on the left ) Sarah Bouissou (owner of Sarah’s Wine Bar) and (on the right) Kerry Anne Ducey (owner of Ridgefield CT Blog) and KJ (bottom photo) co-chaired the bash that raised about $2500 in just two short hours. We had standing room only. The night was a hit and the proceeds go to breast cancer research via the Susan G. Komen Foundation of Connecticut. Stay tuned for our 2011 Drink Pink….Think Pink!

so less women like Bernadette (above) stop dying from it! Bernadette put up one hell of a fight and we lost her this past May. She bravely posed for me and asked that I help in spreading the message about awareness on breast cancer. I am continuing to photograph women who are fighting this terrible disease.
